An Easy Client Order Builder 

Simply add your client’s products to your order builder. Make important notes like what kind of leather they want for their album or the type of wall art they are ordering. Even better, if you set up your pricing in advance, it will do all the math for you, including tax and total. 

Online Agreements – Avoid Costly Reorders

We don’t know if this has happened to you, but it happens far too often. The client album arrives and they say, “But I ordered the brown leather.” And you know they ordered the black leather. But ultimately you’re out $500, ordering a new album. Well enter, online agreements. Simply send a link to your clients and they can sign online. And we store the agreements for you in your Fundy Dashboard so you can pull it up at anytime.

]]> With the introduction of the Design Wizard, everyone loves all of the templates they can download from the Design Library. But they are also asking, can we save our own templates? The answer is YES! And these are templates on steroids. Any template you save will use our patented Drop Zones and patent pending auto design to create something uniquely yours for your clients. In this blog post, we’ll show you how to save your own album, wall art and card templates that you can use anytime. 

Album Templates = Design Sets

Absolutely love a finished design you’ve created? Make it your go to template. Any album you design can then become a template. Simply go to the Export Menu and choose Save as Design Set. Why do we call them Design Sets? Because templates are rigid. We simply save out your designs and then intelligently recreate them, even if the number of images are not the same. 

Then anytime you launch the Design Wizard, you can choose your Design right from the menu.

Also anytime you open the Quick Design Picker, you can go to your Design Set and choose any layout from within that set. 

Wall Art Templates

Any set of wall art collections can be saved as a template. The beauty of this is that you are not just saving one room as a template, you are saving all of the rooms. So you can recreate all of your room designs in seconds for your clients. Simply go to the Export Menu and choose Save as Design Set. 

Then anytime you launch the Design Wizard, you can choose your Design right from the menu.

Also anytime you open the Quick Design Picker, you can go to your Design Set and choose any room layout from within that set. 

Card Templates

Did you know that you can take any of our templates that you download from the Design Library, add your logo, your website and phone number and then resave it as your template? It’s easy. Just complete your card design and then under the export menu, choose Save as Design Set.

Then anytime you launch the Design Wizard, you can choose your Design right from the menu.

Also anytime you open the Quick Design Picker, you can go to your Design Set and choose any room layout from within that set.

How to Access Skin Retouching

To access the retouching, open the client view/image browser into the filmstrip view (shift+x) and click on the edit tab.

All About Presets

There are a number of presets to start off with. Simply click through the presets and find the one that you love. My personal favorite is the Full Coverage.

Using the Slider

Once you get your favorite one-click dialed in, now it’s time to play with the slider. The slider controls the skin softening.

Retouch Only The Photos Used

You’ve probably brought in more photos than you’ve ended up using for your client. We’ve added a new filter for you.

You can now filter to just the photographs used ‘somewhere’ in your project. Whether it was used in an album or a wall gallery or even a print order. Filter down to just those.

Now you know JUST what you need to retouch.

Auto Apply to Next Image

This is where you can speed up your workflow. As you add your retouching, you can toggle this on to auto apply your last setting to the next photo you move to. So you just have to double check and then move on.

Batch Sync

Or use the fastest way to work, batch sync. Select one photo and retouch to your liking, then select multiple other photos and use the Sync button to sync settings across photos.

What About BIG Blemishes?

This is where having the Suite connected to Photoshop is a big help. Right-click and choose Edit in External Editor, use the healing brush to remove the blemish and save.
